Due to the current pandemic, the US Postal Service is experiencing staffing shortages & closures which is delaying the shipments. Please allow a few extra days for your package to arrive. We appreciate your patience!

How much does it cost to ship?

Shipping is free within the U.S.

How quick are orders shipped?

We're a small business and every tag is custom engraved to order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process and ship out your order. Lead time excludes weekends and national holidays.

How long will it take to receive an order

Once shipped, packages within the United States generally arrive within 3-7 business days, unless you select a faster shipping option at checkout.

International orders take 1-6 weeks for delivery with the average length of time 2.5 weeks. International shipping can sometimes be slow, we appreciate your patience! Our little packages have a long ways to travel!

Duty Charges/Import Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Required by law, these charges are the buyer's responsibility.  To remain ethical in our business practices, we cannot mark international shipments as "gifts". Thank you for understanding.

 
Lost Packages 

We work super hard to get your orders shipped quickly and on time; however, once shipped they are out of our hands. Please understand we have no control over delays caused by the postal system. 

If you feel your package is lost in the mail, please email us your order number to discuss options. We will ship replacement tags after as sufficient amount of time has passed.

For our US customers, it is depends on what your tracking information states. 

For our international customers, this means at least 6 weeks of transit time has passed before replacement tags are shipped.
