Since our tags are custom engraved and take a great deal of time to create, we don't accept returns for refunds. If we make a typo mistake (i.e. pet's name, phone number, address) we would be happy to exchange the tag for a replacement. Retail displays and gift cards are non-refundable. We will exchange dog accessories, toys, collars, and harnesses (unless otherwise stated on the product page) for a re-shipment fee.
